L’Empire des enfants
Association pour la prise en charge et la protection des enfants vivant dans les rues.
L’Empire des Enfants dispose d’un centre d’accueil en internat d’une capacité d’accueil de 30 lits qui héberge des enfants âgés de 5 à 18 ans.
L’objectif de la prise en charge est la réinsertion familiale ou pré-professionnelle. Les pensionnaires du centre sont totalement pris en charge (nourriture, couverture médicale, habillement....) et bénéficient d’un suivi psychosocial avec un encadrement de travailleurs sociaux. Les pensionnaires du centre ont aussi la possibilité de suivre plusieurs activités sportives, artistiques ou scolaires.

I am writing to you because I would like to present my artistic cultural project based on local communities, called ’Words That Lie to the Body’.
If you have an email that I could send a document with the concept, structure and objectives of this artistic project, let me know.
I’m Teresa Manjua, a Portuguese dancer, who works daily with artists with disabilities and people from the community.
In this sense, I would love to be able to collaborate with some associations around the world, enriching this sharing of cultural experiences and being able to take part of my work as a choreographer and artistic director to various places.
From the research of your association, you seem to me to be a good collaborator for the project and that is why I am contacting you to find out if you would be interested in this project and in receiving it in your association.
