We have received a booking under the name of Mr DJILY NDIAYE for a stay in Angsana Bintan on 17 Dec 2021 - 10 January 2022 under your travel agency (KWFSFJQT), Please reconfirm if the guest can travel to Bintan on the scheduled date as at the moment no international travel is allowed to enter our country due to the travel restriction of Covid 19, fortunately this is a flexible booking that has a cancellation policy of 24 hours , so if the travel is not posssible you may cancell the booking without any penalty if cancelled at least 2 day before the check in date

We tried to call the number provided in the booking however it cannot connect hence we are sending this email instead, if you are not the person in charge please forward it to the ones who do as this is quite urgent

Kindly note that if the guest are able to arrive at our resorts then we will extend an upgrade for this guest to our Cassia Bintan resorts in a one bedroom Apartment with Ocean view
